Where do you ship?
We are able to ship to most countries. Our vendor has partnerships with print providers located in different parts of the world. Each of our print provider partners works with different shipping and fulfillment operators.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? How do I return my products?
All sales are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange, if the product has a manufacturing error, printing issues, or any related product issues. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the product at firstname.lastname@example.org to alert us of the issue. We will contact our vendor to determine if they can offer you a replacement product for free. In case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back to us.
